Gaming PC up to around €1,300 – support for beginners

good morning!

1. Do you want to play on PC?

  • What exactly are games? New games like Elden Ring; Minecraft with shaders. Anno 1800 (general simulation games)
  • Which Precision? Is Full HD (1920×1080) or WQHD (2560×1440) enough or should it be 4K Ultra HD (3840×2160)? Elden Ring, Minecraft is currently at 1080 and in the future 1440 (the appropriate screen is still missing). Simulation games like Anno 1800 in 4K are also available.
  • Ultra/high/medium/low graphics settings? It must be at least high
  • 30 Is it enough for you? FPS Or should it be 60 or even 144 fps? 60 frames per second

2. Would you like to use your computer to edit photos/music/videos or CAD? As a hobby or are you a professional? What software will you use?

number

3. Do you have special requirements or wishes (overclocking, a particularly quiet PC, RGB lighting, …)?
Particularly quiet PC and RGB lighting (not that important).

4. How many screens do you want to use? Number, Model, Resolution, Refresh Rate (Hertz)? Do you support FreeSync (AMD) or G-Sync (Nvidia)? (Please with a link to the manufacturer or compare prices!)
I currently have two standard Asus 24″ monitors that I can take up (maybe for free). Two 4K TVs are also available, I want to connect at least one of them (LG OLED55CX9LA), perhaps for single evenings also both 4K TVs.

5. Do you still have an old computer, parts of which can be reused? (Please with links to specifications from the manufacturer or compare prices!)
No components at all, because I haven’t had a computer in years. Monitors, mouse and keyboard are currently available and will be upgraded later.

6. How much money do you want to spend?
For computers including assembly, shipping and Windows 10 (is it worth it 11?) It should be 1300-1400 euros. Maximum around 1500 EUR

7. When do you want to buy the computer? ASAP or can you wait a few weeks/months?
right on time. In the next 1-3 weeks.

8. Do you want to assemble the computer yourself or assemble it (by the store or by volunteers)?
Can be assembled by the shop

Basically, I have little prior knowledge, but I’ve been trying to inform myself for the past few months.

GPU:
I’m looking forward to the 3060 Ti as at first it seems like the better option. But I’ve also read/heard that 4K games require a lot of graphics card memory and that the 3060 Ti is only available in 8GB. The 3060 with 12GB probably makes more sense here, despite the worse GPU. I tried (since you have to start somewhere) to decide on the graphics card first and then build the computer “around” it or look for stores with suitable computers.

fan:
I have no idea about the fans and would like to trust your expertise. I’m looking for quiet fans that generate enough airflow that doesn’t heat anything up.

CPU, Motherboard, Status, RAM and Power Supply:
No idea, here I would like to trust the dealer in question like Dubaru. I don’t know if this is a good thing.

One of my questions:
With Dubaro you can also select “Any Manufacturer” for your graphics card. Is the manufacturer important? How to update the driver (if needed) for lesser known manufacturers like KFA2?

I once assembled a PC in Dubaro, and I would also like to post it here as a “suggestion”. Dobaro ID 1763522, at the upper end of the budget-
