Google announced on Tuesday (30) the best apps and games from the Brazilian store, Google Play Store, in 2021. The titles were chosen by the editorial team of the major technology company, which took into account criteria such as quality and audience rating.
Similar to last year, apps focused on self-improvement, habit control, and meditation were highlighted. In the games, many independent developers gained a clear vision and a wave of innovation was noticed from the games Rogue Land, MARVEL Future Revolution, Northgard, League of Legends: Wild Rift and Suspects: Mystery Mansion – the games that stood out in the “most competitive” category.

Altogether, the list is divided into “Most Competitive”, “Most Creative”, “Best Indies”, “Best Casual Products” and “Best for Tablets”.

- Unmaze – An Interactive Tale of Light and Shadow: In this visual novel inspired by Greek mythology, you play as Ariadne and it’s up to you to guide Asterion and Thesus out of the labyrinth.

- Donut County: A story-based physics puzzle game in which you play as an ever-growing hole in the Earth
- Puzzling Peaks EXE: a 2D strategy platform game full of puzzles;
- My Friend Pedro: Ripe for Revenge: Based on the PC game of the same name, this new game brings everything from its predecessor to mobile phones;
- Bird Alone: a game of beat, adventure, music and life;
- 7 Billion People: a game that allows the player to manage a world of 7 billion people;
best casual
- Project Makeover: a game that recreates the characters by choosing clothes, hairstyles, make-up and even modern furniture;
- Disney POP TOWN: a game of levels in which by solving challenging puzzles, you can collect costumes and build cities with Disney themes;
- Crash Bandicoot: On the Run!: Together with Crash Bandicoot and his sister Coco, the player has a mission to save the multiverse!
- Cats in Time: The player must solve puzzles to save the cats who traveled through the time machine and stumbled in the Middle Ages;
- Switchcraft: Match 3 Magicians: By solving the puzzles of hundreds of stages, the player walks to solve Lydia’s disappearance in a plot that unfolds in a beautiful comic book.

- My Friend Pedro: Ripe for Revenge: Based on the PC game of the same name, this new game brings everything from its predecessor to mobile phones;
- Chicken Police: Draw It Red!: An investigation game where the player takes on the role of a chicken investigating crimes;
