New gaming computer

I’d like to send my current PC into well-deserved retirement, and I’ve collected a few things from the “Ideal Gaming PC” thread.
So it’s like watching comparison series/videos for hours only until you get the same result.
I am inexperienced in DIY and I hope you can help me make the final decisions

1. Do you want to play on PC?

• Pathfinder Water
• missing coffin
• elden ring
• Note and watch

2. Would you like to use your computer to edit photos/music/videos or CAD? As a hobby or are you a professional? What software will you use?

Mainly for games, videos, music, and maybe several things at the same time
Maybe also CAD in the future

3. Do you have special requirements or wishes (overclocking, a particularly quiet PC, RGB lighting, …)?

Am I over-preparing for my needs, or is that okay?
And as far as I know, this won’t be expanded in the next 3-5 years.
