Essen-based Medion, a subsidiary of Chinese electronics group Lenovo, is launching a new variant of the Erazer Crawler E30 gaming laptop in ALDI. The MD64125 has a 15.6-inch IPS panel with Full HD resolution (1920 x 1080 pixels) and a maximum refresh rate of 144Hz. Inside is a Core i5-12500H processor (12 cores, 16 threads, Alder Lake), 16GB DDR4 RAM, and a GeForce RTX 3050 laptop GPU with 4GB GDDR6 RAM.
Windows 11 Home runs on a 512GB NVMe SSD (PCIe 4.0) solid state drive. The equipment also includes a high-definition webcam with a microphone, a permanently installed 54W battery, stereo speakers with Sound Blaster Cinema 6+, and an RGB backlit keyboard. On the interface side, Bluetooth, HDMI 2.1, microSD, Mini DisplayPort 1.4, RJ-45, USB-A 2.0, USB-A 3.2 (Gen 1), USB-C 3.2 (Gen 2), WLAN 802.11ax, and a combo headphone/jack microphone.
The Medion Erazer Crawler E30 (MD64125) weighs 2.03 kg, comes with a three-year warranty and will be available from July 28, 2022 for €1079 in Aldi Be available. By the way, part of the scope of delivery is also a three-month free trial subscription to Xbox Game Passwhich includes computer games such as Forza Horizon 5, Halo Infinite, Mortal Kombat 11, and Sea of Thieves.
