Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Fans can already be looking forward to the fact that eight more tracks of the popular racing game will be available from August 4th as part of the Booster Track Pass for Nintendo Switch. The second wave of paid bonus content includes the delicious Ice Cream Escapade, a new track in the Mario Kart series.

Players will also be able to enjoy the neon lights of the New York Mario Kart Tour Speedway and zoom through the giant pinball machine at DS Waluigi Pinball Stadium, to name a few. Second wave players compete in the Beet Cup and the Fan Cup. Fast-paced and well-known tracks from Mario Kart games for Super NES, Game Boy Advance, Nintendo 64, Nintendo DS and Wii as well as from Mario Kart Tour for smart devices are waiting for you. Kart drivers can compete against each other on all tracks either via local connection or online.

With these racetracks, the second wave will soon expand the reinforced track lane. The first wave, which has already been published, includes the Wii Coconut Promenade, N64 Chocolate Swamp, 3DS Toads Piste, DS Mushroom Pass, and GBA Cloud Piste as well as the Ninja Dojo, Paris Parcours, and Tokyo Tempotour from Mario Kart Tour.

In total, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe – Booster Track Pass includes six waves, each with eight tracks, which will be released by the end of 2023. This will allow fans to race 48 revamped tracks across the Mario Kart series.

Players with a paid membership of the Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack can access all six waves at no additional cost. Alternatively, the Enhanced Road Pass is available for purchase at Nintendo eShop to get rid of them.
