The Technology Center West Bavaria exhibition takes place on the 24th and 25th. April 2024 will host an interactive workshop on the topic “Having Difficult Employee Discussions Consistently and Successfully.” The workshop targets specialists and managers who want to develop their skills in dealing with employees who face challenges. You will learn tools and strategies to consistently deal with difficult employees and thus improve the work atmosphere sustainably

The focus of the workshop includes self-reflection, understanding employee dynamics, targeted intervention, and strengthening your own power. Practical tips and advice help participants avoid common mistakes and respond confidently to challenges in everyday work.
