Anne Hathaway put on a more casual show as she donned a crocheted bucket hat for an effortlessly chic look to leave the Martinez Hotel on Saturday.
The 39-year-old actress was beaming as she grinned and waved to the crowds outside before being led away before today’s event.

Anne teamed her whimsical headwear with an oversized pair of square sunglasses and a chic loose-fitting linen shirt.
She added some dark blue wide-legged jeans and accentuated her length with a pair of skinny yellow heels.
Her long tan locks flopped from under her hat while she was carrying a patchwork jacket and Navy Bvlgari handbag.

The outing comes after Anne said it was an honor to portray a Jewish mother in Armageddon Time as she remembers her mother-in-law’s legacy later.
The actress, who married actor and producer Adam Shulman in 2012, spoke about how important it was for the couple to be able to represent their family, following the death of his mother, Jacqueline Banks.
Anne, who plays Esther Graff in the upcoming period drama, said she was “so grateful to the cinema” for allowing her to capture the love she had.

Speaking during a press conference at the 75th Cannes Film Festival, she said: “My mother-in-law, who recently passed away, was simply the greatest Jewish mother I have ever seen. She has left my life in profound ways that I am truly grateful for.”

Anne’s character in the film aspires to run for the local school board, but is hampered by her son’s behavior.
The development was initially announced at Armageddon Time in 2019, when it was revealed that director James Gray would write and direct the feature.
The semi-autobiographical film will focus on the director’s experience at the Kew-Forest School in Queens, New York, where former President Donald Trump was a graduate.
