User reported errors

• Stuttering still occurs when Hardware Accelerated GPU Scheduling (HAGS) is enabled.
• It's definitely an improvement over other 54x series, but I still experienced some lag in Battlefield 2042 and other games. This lag does not exist at 537.58.
• Forza Horizon 5 stutters and the FPS drops. Although it is better than the previous 55x driver, 537.58 is still better. Disabling HAGS had no effect in my environment. Back to 537.58[RTX 3080 Ti]

Additionally, this driver and hotfix 551.46 are said to have fixed the stuttering issue when V-SYNC is enabled, but although it is better than the previous driver, there are multiple reports that the issue still occurs.
