There is a lot going on in World of Warcraft right now. It’s a very exciting time for both Retail and Classic WoW players. Test stages are currently underway for the next Dragonflight retail expansion, as well as for Wrath of the Lich King Classic. Both supplements are scheduled to launch later this year.
So it’s no wonder the number of players is currently on the rise again. Many inactive players are back to get ready for the upcoming releases. Appropriately, Blizzard has a small gift for the community. As the developer and publisher behind World of Warcraft announced Tuesday night, the popular “Wind of Wisdom” star will be back soon and will bring you a feature that gives you 50 percent more experience.
Here’s how it works
With a weekly server restart in each region, Blizzard will activate the Wind of Wisdom buff for all characters between level 10 and 59 – retail first. If you want to prepare for Dragonflight or the upcoming fourth season in the current Shadowlands expansion by leveling up a character or two, you should now have the perfect opportunity to do so.
Winds of Wisdom will work on all retail servers starting with a server restart on Wednesday and experience points received from all sources will increase by 50 percent. This bonus should also be usable with all available legacies. Additional experience points are available until the beginning of Season 4 in WoW Shadowlands.
What about classic fans?
Don’t worry, dear classic fans. Blizzard did not forget you. how to? Although Winds of Wisdom will initially only be activated in retail, they are currently thinking of something for classic servers as well. On Twitter, she says you should stay in touch. So no one goes home empty-handed.
Classic players, we haven’t forgotten you! keep following
