Travis Kelce says he's “the happiest ever” in a new interview

With three Super Bowl titles under his belt, a superstar girlfriend and an upcoming music festival, Travis Kelce is feeling pretty good.

in Exclusive interview with People magazine The Kansas City Chiefs running back, who just enjoyed a vacation in the Bahamas with girlfriend Taylor Swift, shared his joy.

“I'm happier than ever,” he told the publication. “I'm a guy who some people say is half full and half empty, and my cup is completely full. It's completely full.”

Kelsey and Swift began grabbing the public's attention last September when she was first spotted cheering for him at one of his matches.

Since then, there has been a lot of interest in Kelsey, although he attributes the gains in his day job to the many opportunities that have come his way, rather than his wins in love.

“It's so fun to walk in when you win a Super Bowl, and all these doors are open, and so I'm just going through all these open doors, experiencing life and appreciating the people that got me here and also staying high. And meeting new faces,” he said.

Kelce sure is busy. The second annual Kelce Jam music festival will be held in Kansa in May, and he co-produced a documentary called “King Pleasure” about the late artist Jean-Michel Pasquet, and plans to open a flagship steakhouse called 1587 next year in partnership with bff. and teammate Patrick Mahomes (the name is a combination of their jersey numbers).

All that, and he has training for the new football season. Kelsey said this put him at “maximum capacity,” which he didn't seem to think about.

“I like to be quick. I just like to have exciting things happen,” he said. “And of course, I'm here in the entertainment world trying to get into that before I get back into football and I know that's going to be my focus until I'm done playing.”
