Hotwire has been designing PR campaigns for national and international technology companies for over 20 years. The agency team in Munich was constantly growing and therefore needed more space in 2023. In our site image, we take a look behind the scenes of Hotwire's new office in Glockenbachviertel.

Whether it's communications, branding or digital marketing: at the Glockenbachviertel in Munich Public relations agency Hotwire has opened a new office. In addition to its location in Frankfurt am Main, the company now also looks after clients such as LinkedIn, Sony, Uber and Co. From the Bavarian capital.

Hotwire describes itself as a global marketing and communications consultancy for technology companies and aims to create an interface between people and technology. The team has been developing PR campaigns and procedures for this purpose for over 20 years.

The Munich team needed more space

Hotwire was founded in London in 2000. The company has also been present in Frankfurt since 2002. Nine years later, the agency opened an additional location in Munich. More than 230 people now work at the marketing agency. Due to growth, the Munich employees needed more space last year and moved.

The new open-plan office space is 259 square meters and is located on the third floor of Pestalozzistrasse 31. The building was designed in 1909 by Jacob Hellmann and Max Litmann in a minimalist Art Nouveau style. The electric lighting and mechanical workshop Alois Zettler later became the headquarters in Munich, and the Hotwire team now uses the building as a second location in Germany.

PR from Bavaria: This is how Hotwire works in Munich

From interns to management, more than 20 employees in Munich come together in the office as needed. The motto: Mindful Working, which allows employees to flexibly decide whether they prefer to work on-site or in the home office.

Desks of different sizes, some equipped with sofas, are available for virtual meetings at the Glockenbachviertel. So-called silent boxes are noise-resistant and provide more privacy. The Hotwire team can use a meeting room with a long table and whiteboard for client meetings and workshops. Additional meeting participants are connected virtually via television and audio systems.
