Hanson commented on the results, “The M2 (MacBook) Air’s Speedometer 2.0 test scored a clean score of 400.That’s 33% faster than the M1 (and the A15).2.5x faster than the i7 Intel iMac 4.2GHz processor. “
According to Cult of Mac,Mr. HansonSince the test was conducted using Safari, the result of the benchmark test may vary depending on the browser.
YouTuber Alex ZiskindTested with Speedometer 2.0 on a MacBook Pro with an M2 chip, scored 398 points in Safari.
According to Cult of Mac, the test results on other Apple devices are:MacBook Pro with M1 Max chip scored 342 points, Mac mini scored 297 points,The iPad Pro with the M1 chip got a score of 299.
