What makes a really good leader? This question will be addressed in a combined symposium on June 21, 2024 (8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.). It deals with situational leadership – which may seem simple, but has its drawbacks in practice – and the art of delegation. How much freedom can I give, and how much intervention should I have?
Contents: Leadership has a tremendous impact on team motivation. Tact but also clear decisions are needed in order to exploit the potential of employees. In this workshop, participants will learn the basics of contemporary leadership and collaboration in a combined format in one morning.
