“Star Trek: Prodigy” is now available on Prime, Apple and Google

Actually noisy StarTrek.com As of today (July 21/22, 2023, time zone dependent) all 20 episodes of “Prodigy” season 1 are available as video-on-demand on Prime, Apple And Google on the Internet!

Season 1

Season 1 of “Star Trek: Prodigy” will be released this morning complete online and can be purchased or streamed from various services.

Some episodes too in RTL+ Connected.

Since the series was removed from Paramount+ in June, this is the first time that the entire first season is available again, including episodes 11 through 20. All 20 episodes appear as 19 episodes on some of the aforementioned streaming services, which isn’t cause for concern. The two-part pilot counts as one episode.

Season 2

Work on the second season of “Prodigy” continues. Showrunner Aaron J. Waltke wrote on July 15, 2023:

Due to non-disclosure agreements (“NDA”), he can no longer disclose.

Paramount dropped the first season from its catalog on June 26. The streaming service committed to a “Prodigy” season license to another provider. So far, there are no reports on where and when this will happen. However, in his announcement on Friday, Waltky indicated that more good news was to come.
