What requirements will EA SPORTS F1 22 put on gaming PCs? Now we have received an answer that will not satisfy all PC gamers. With EA SPORTS F1 22, we’re expecting new features and modes, such as F1 Life and Supercars. Even if there are many new things to discover, you must first of all have the necessary equipment at home in order to “fully enjoy” the game.
Anyone who loves to drive Formula 1 races on PC and is thinking about upgrading their hardware for next season will probably read the following lines with great interest. As it turns out, the EA SPORTS F1 22 sets the bar for gaming PCs pretty high if you want to experiment with ray tracing and collaboration.

At the minimum settings, PC gamers will need an i3-2130 or FX 4300 CPU-wise, along with a GTX 1050 or RX 470 and 8GB of RAM. If one wants to enable ray tracing at the lowest settings, the F1 22 increases the GPU requirement, requiring either the RTX 2060 or the RX 6700 XT. On the other hand, for the recommended settings, the game requires either an i5 9600K or Ryzen 5 2600X, along with a GTX 1660 Ti or RX 590 and 16GB of RAM. However, if one wanted to enable ray tracing with the recommended settings, the GPU requirement would be increased to either the RTX 3070 or the RX 6800.
As a side note, EA SPORTS F1 2022 requires an active internet connection and 80 GB of free disk space (maybe that’s on a fast SSD hard drive).
