The next major Escape from Tarkov update is likely to come soon! Twitter developer Battlestate Games announced on Wednesday that the game’s smallest card, Factory, will soon be expanded. So far, 4 to 5 player characters, called PMCs, can duel each other in a small space and fight for survival in each raid.

It is possible, but not yet officially confirmed, whether the number of players will be adjusted in a manner equivalent to the revised map. Basically, Battlestate Games is talking about an expansion as well as several changes in the upcoming update to “Chemical Factory # 16”, where the map is called in completely and formally. We don’t yet know if and how much the map will be any bigger.

New Factory Map – New screenshots

For about an hour, there were also several new screenshots of the new factory map, which of course we don’t want to block from you.

It’s also still unclear if the update will initiate this wipe or if it will accompany the next reset. Battlestate Games confirms that the factory update will start straight away with one of the following patches. We will keep you informed when there are more official announcements.
