AOC introduces the B3 Series, a new version of its entry-level B2C monitors for home and office environments. The new series includes two 23.8-inch models (AOC 24B3CF2 and 24B3CA2) and two 27-inch variants (AOC 27B3CF2 and 27B3CA2).
The displays use a Full HD IPS panel and have a 100Hz refresh rate, which is an upgrade over the 75Hz rate of B2C displays. B3 monitors are also equipped with LowBlue mode and flicker-free technology to protect the eyes during long periods of working on the screen. According to the manufacturer, all four models also have response times of 4ms (GtG) and 1ms (MPRT). Adaptive-Sync enables variable refresh rates to provide a balance between office productivity, casual gaming, and video streaming.
The series offers monitors with different stand options. These range from the tilting models 24B3CA2 and 27B3CA2 to the height-adjustable models 24B3CF2 and 27B3CF2, which can meet different ergonomic requirements. All models have a VESA mount (100 x 100).
All monitors also have a USB-C 3.2 Gen1 port, which offers 65W USB Power Delivery and supports DisplayPort Alt mode. This allows a single cable connection to a laptop, which can simultaneously supply power to it and transmit its video signals. With two additional USB-A 3.2 Gen1 ports on the back, additional peripherals such as a keyboard, mouse or external drives can be connected.
The internal power supply also ensures a tidy workplace. Two 2W speakers and an HDMI 1.4 input want to ensure flexibility and finish new launches.
The models shown here will be available in stores from February at the following prices (RRP):
- AOC 24B3CF2 €179
- AOC 24B3CA2 €169
- AOC 27B3CF2 €199
- AOC 27B3CA2 €189
