What does the data mean? “Minimum requirements” means you can play the game at all. This often means playing at 720p (HD) at 30fps and low settings. So you shouldn't expect too much.

What graphics card do you need? The game requires at least a GeForce GTX 1050 or AMD Radeon RX 470. These are two graphics cards that you wouldn't pay more than 50 euros for today. Most modern entry-level graphics cards, such as the RTX 3060 or RX 6500 XT, are much faster today and fully meet the minimum requirements.
The recommended requirements are also not very high with the GeForce RTX 2060 or Radeon RX 6600XT and most gamers should be able to handle them.
What are other recommendations? The developer recommends using an SSD for the game, but you can also easily install the game to your hard drive and start playing it from there.
