Cities: Skylines II is a new sequel to the urban development simulation that launched for PC in October last year and was reported to have sold over a million copies in February this year. Announcing the “Beach Properties” asset pack, which includes 70 assets including American and European style houses, 6 distinct building types, and 4 new tree types. It has been revealed that the game is scheduled to be released for PC on March 25, 2024 (March 26 for local Steam).
In addition, a beta version of the map/icon editor MOD will be released in conjunction with the release of the “Beach Properties” asset pack. (Asset MOD will be introduced in future update)

A new residential section is now available exclusively for the waterfront buildings. The coastal area of the city will be reborn.

From luxurious waterfront mansions to charming beachfront bungalows, each theme with automatically generated homes will bring new waterfront spaces to life.
■ Private building on the seafront
Private buildings of European or North American architectural character adorn the city's beach.
70 new assets listed on Beach Properties:
- 10 types of 3-storey North American style houses (30 originals)
- 10 types of 3-storey European style houses (30 originals)
- 6 types of special buildings
- 4 new trees
Beach properties are also included in the expansion pass: Waterfronts.
