“All of us at Xsolla have been shocked by the conflict in Ukraine, our thoughts are with those who are currently suffering and we support them. We believe in humanity, longevity and giving everyone a fair chance. What is happening in the world right now goes against everything we stand for and believe in.
We have made it a priority to take appropriate steps to ensure the safety and well-being of our employees in the region. We have helped where we can and intend to do more.
To support Ukrainian developers, we have temporarily removed commission fees for all video game developers based in Ukraine. We will ensure that the flow of transactions and funds can continue to be processed without delays or interruptions.
In addition, Xsolla is leveraging our recently launched customer support initiative, Babka, to harness the power of the gaming community to raise funds to help with the global crisis. To launch this program, Xsolla donated $100,000 to the International Red Cross, which provides assistance to civilians in Ukraine. Please visit babka.com/charityTo find out more about this program.
