This error may occur in an environment where KB5022913 or later (update after March 1, 2023) is installed.

This error is due to Windows11 22H2 specification change, and will not be fixed by Windows. It is necessary to modify and respond on the part of the UI customization application.

Stable versions of ExplorerPatcher and StartAllBack have been released.

If you are using any third party UI customization app and you encounter this error or other issues, please contact the developer of the app you are using.

Microsoft said this issue was fixed on the app side and “resolved” on March 17, 2023 (local time).

After installing an update released after November 9, 2022, some enterprise applications that use DirectX or Direct 3D may experience intermittent apphelp.dll errors.

This error occurs when using Intel graphics driver versions 26.20.100.7463 through 30.0.101.1190.

This error mainly occurs in enterprise environments and is not likely to occur in typical home user environments.

Installing an Intel graphics driver newer than version 30.0.101.1190 will eliminate this issue.
