It looks like Sony has introduced user reviews to the PlayStation Store. Real reviews with text. At least that's what one Reddit user has now noticed.
But not everyone is allowed to write a review.
“When did PlayStation start allowing written reviews?” is the name of the thread on Reddit. As the user noted, written reviews were allowed for specific games.
When did PlayStation start allowing written reviews? It seems like it's only allowed for a handful of games on their store pages at the moment.

The PS Store has long had the ability to rate games from zero to five stars. However, the fact that the store allows for written explanations, comments, and more is new. However, you are not free to add cents to games.
PlayStation.com is reportedly emailing players asking for their opinions on certain games. These titles are said to include Helldivers 2, Fortnite, Resident Evil 4, and Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth.
Do you find PlayStation Store reviews helpful? And what should a review say to actually help you make a purchase decision? It's very useful on Steam to know how many hours a player has actually played at the time of creating their rating. And I always find the option to like reviews nice.
