The first mechanical GMT watch from Promaster. Featuring a classic design with a 24-hour bezel, it incorporates various design elements from the previous Sky series, such as the highly visible index design and thick hands. Equipped with a GMT function that can be adjusted by simply moving the hour hand, the Cal.9054 has a power reserve of approximately 50 hours, accuracy of +20 to -10 seconds per day, and a JIS standard magnetic resistance watch (resists a continuous magnetic field of 16,000 A/m). Equipped with an anti-magnetic performance that complies with the standard (withstands the standard).

Three limited edition models celebrating the 35th anniversary cover “land, sea and air”

Since the anniversary, Citizen has launched one attractive new product after another, but the editorial department is particularly interested in the limited edition model that celebrates the brand's 35th anniversary, the Citizen Promaster.

Starting with the first release on June 6, the “200m Mechanical Diver 35th Anniversary Limited Edition”, symbolizing “Marine”, followed by the “Sky” symbol on August 9, the radio-controlled “35th Anniversary Limited Edition” will be released on October 10, and the third model, the “Eco-Drive Combination Watch 35th Anniversary Limited Edition”, symbolizing “Earth”, will be launched on October 10.

The finish, which combines a design not found in current models with advanced functionality, underscores the special feel of the limited edition model.

35th Anniversary 200m Mechanical Diver Limited Edition Model

The first of the limited edition models celebrating the brand’s 35th anniversary, the “200m Mechanical Diver”. This product inherits the design of the “Challenge Diver” (first released in 1977), nicknamed the “Barnacle Diver” because it kept moving despite being covered in barnacles, while updating its design and specifications with the fact that

The case and bracelet are made of Super Titanium TM, which is approximately five times stronger than stainless steel, scratch resistant, lightweight and skin-friendly. It is plated with a bright, transparent Duratect Platinum.

Impressive is the colouring inspired by Australia’s Long Reef Beach, where the “barnacle diver” was discovered. Inspired by the beautiful blue sea and white sand beaches, the dial and bezel are set in blue. By making the aluminium ring of the bezel black, it has a sharp visual finish.

The movement is equipped with Cal.9051, which has an average daily difference of -10 to +20 seconds and a duration of about 42 hours. The magnetic resistance has been enhanced to reduce the effects of magnetic fields emitted by smartphones, tablets, etc., and the key point is that it has the “type 2 magnetic resistance” performance specified by JIS (Japanese Industrial Standards).
