The first Skull & Bones game will be available tomorrow! Source: Ubisoft
Yes, the Skull and Bones Project is alive! After the project has been restructured and postponed several times, now Ubisoft wants to show real gameplay for the first time! As evidenced by the announcement, there will be a live stream on Twitch and YouTube tomorrow Thursday, July 7, 2022, where the gameplay reveal will be shown.
Casting starts at 8 p.m. It could contain other surprises, Ubisoft announces. “You may discover other hidden gems along the way…” concludes the broadcast announcement. Skull and Bones will premiere as part of the Ubisoft Forward (#UbiForward) format, which deals with new titles from the well-known developer and publisher.
Many surprises – pirates are waiting
The show begins with an introductory show full of surprises starting at 7:45 pm. The main view then showcases the game’s introduction, Ubisoft’s unique hacking experience, and exclusive behind-the-scenes insights from the developers.
Here is the game’s premiere:
Skull and Bones (or “Skull & Bones”) is said to be based on an open world and robust multiplayer content. Set in the place of a pirate, you are likely to battle against other players with your own ship. We will surely find out tomorrow at the latest if we can also hunt for treasures and compete against AI opponents.
Ubisoft’s special project “Skull & Bones” was first announced five years ago at E3 2017. But after the announcement, not much happened for long. Major delays of several Ubisoft projects after some failures and harsh criticism of other releases such as Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Breakpoint have not made the community more optimistic about the news of Skull & Bones.
Here’s what Ubisoft 2020 said about the game:

While tomorrow Thursday’s Ubisoft Forward Stream will be dedicated exclusively to Skull and Bones, there will be another stream of this format on September 10, 2022, which will feature several games and current news.
