Samsung offers service package for The Wall with Blue Glove installation service¹ It aims to provide commercial customers with the best possible support when they start using Micro LED technology. As standard, the service includes, in addition to site analysis, the installation of a modular screen and professional commissioning by trained personnel.

With The Wall, Samsung offers business customers high-quality displays that are flexibly adaptable based on micro LEDs. From now on, they will receive extensive support when they start using HD technology from the Blue Glove installation service. Samsung Blue Glove installation service comes standard with:

1. Site analysis: A site assessment should be carried out before installation. This is for security planning and readiness.
2. Installation and commissioning: Samsung installs and resets LED mini cabinets – including mounting it to a Samsung Frame Kit wall mount and configuring the S-Box to play content across different channels.
3. Verification after installation: Samsung checks the functions of the screen to ensure smooth operation.

Wall: Micro LED for business customers

Wall available in 0.8 mm versions²1.2 mm³ and 1.6 mm⁴ pixel spacing. All three variants support Samsung’s Quantum HDR technology. This ensures high contrast values ​​by highlighting the bright areas in the image and separating them from the dark areas. In addition, there is Samsung’s Black Seal technology: a coating on the LEDs that reduces surface reflection and thus enables deep blacks. Both precautions can ensure clear image display regardless of lighting condition.

Maintenance and technical adjustments can be made to the displays from the front. There is no additional space required between the wall and the screen to access the tech on the back, which means wall mounting is almost seamless.
