RTX 3070Ti No signal while playing and benchmarking

Welcome,

Since yesterday my graphics card has been fussy and I can’t figure out where to start. As for the display, the problem first appeared with the game “PC Builder Simulator 2”, after a while in the game the screen went to “No signal”, and the sound from the game continues to play.
Today I ran 3D Mark with Time Spy and was able to reproduce the issue. The screen goes off in the second test (Graphic Test 1).

hardware:
Ryzen 5 3600 (cooled via Deepcool Castle 360Ex)
MSI Tomahawk B550 (bios updated to 7C91vAB yesterday after first problems)
4x G.SKill 8GB F4-3600C16-8GTZNC (XMP 1 Enabled)
Windows 11 on Samsung SSD 970 EVO 500GB (according to Crystal Disk 99% status)
Other SSDs: Samsung SSD 970 EVO Plus 2TB (according to Crystal Disk 100% condition), SanDisk Ultra 2TB (according to Crystal Disk 100% condition)
Corsair RMx 750W (from 12/21)
ASUS GeForce RTX™ 3070 Ti TUF Gaming 8GB LHR (90YV0GY1-M0NA00)
Monitor: LG 27GN800 UltraGear connected via DP

I ran HWInfo for the benchmark, all temps were fine (before the problem arose):
CPU: 45°C, max 50°C
GPU: 61.6°C
RAM: 36 MB
970 EVO: 35°C
Evo Plus: 37 degrees Celsius
SanDisk: 31 degrees Celsius
Chip: 35°C

What I tried besides updating bios:
– GPU driver with DDU removed and reinstalled
– GPU driver reduced to 526.98
Update GPU driver to the latest version
– DP cable pulled out and plugged back in, still no signal
Windows Update is installed, no updates were installed here before the problem occurred
– While LG no longer shows “No Signal”, I turned on the second monitor as a test and it also did not receive any signal

According to GPU-Z, the graphics card operates as PCI-Express 4.0.
In the bios, nothing modified other than a modified fan curve, secure boot/UEFI and XMP1, no OC.
The graphics card is running in performance mode (via switching).

Does anyone have any idea what I can test for? Aside from an alternate power supply (RM 550x), I don’t have any other hardware here to test.
The HWInfo log is available as a CSV file if additional sensors are required.
