A group of rebel battle robots has settled on the planet Europa-5. Their only goal is to live in peace and they have no relationship with people. But one day, a man appears from the depths of space with an offer that the group formerly known as Team Steel cannot refuse: carry out one last mission for the United Systems Army and all synths will become free citizens. Team Steel sets off to Tobler-9, a distant planet with a completely polluted atmosphere, where Weyland-Yutani used to conduct inhuman experiments. Their mission was to find a miracle cure that would ensure the survival of millions of people. But the soil of Tobler-9 is not only radioactive, it is also infested with alien forms. And perhaps something even scarier!

The third new space comic is about androids (synths) and not about people. In terms of graphics, the size is at the usual good level. Sometimes the panels look a bit dark, but on the one hand that brings out the horror atmosphere and on the other hand the level of detail is so high that you can see everything there. The heroes’ facial expressions don’t need to be hidden here either.

The plot is also interesting because, as mentioned earlier, it revolves around androids. They are given the task of retrieving a strange egg. This obviously leads to forced slaughter, but it’s done here in a way that’s partly engaging and novel. It is also worth noting the high percentage of women among androids. This has happened before, but not to this extent and it would certainly look good in the movie. It should be noted here that robots want to build a society with a family like humans.

There are also one or two moral objections here. Because even though General March promises full citizen status for Android, he has no intention of keeping it. After all, androids are created artificially. Reminds me a bit of Data from StarTrek and yes, the comic doesn’t go as deep as the discussion in said series. However, it should be noted that the topic has been touched upon here.

Especially since he is more than suitable in terms of personality. Because the androids want a peaceful society – but at the same time we know from the aliens that they are in danger. Indeed, some models, more or less damaged, fall into madness. This way, it’s good to see different trends among androids. If some people want to help others, it is important for others to save them as well.

But there are not only beautiful sights here, and of course aliens should not be missing either. Granted, it’s a means to an end here and there are the obligatory battles all the way up to the queen. There shouldn’t be a new species missing either. But it’s about the characters, and the aliens are just accessories, which has always been a guarantee of good stories in other franchises. And that’s how the whole thing works here too, also because the new type is not overused.

It would be nice to find out something about the proposed history of androids. Why did they escape or how did they manage to do it? And what in the end? Were they able to save others with the vaccine? Since all the people entrusted with the mission are dead, what will happen to the promised naturalization contract? But this is certainly complaining at a high level and does not detract from the enjoyment of the size.
