WARTBERG. The Concento Vision Park is nearing completion. Described as a “unique link between technology, sustainability and quality of life”, the complex combines state-of-the-art office space, “healthy” food and an innovative fitness concept and invites you to work, train and have fun.
After about two years of construction, the building complex is ready for occupancy. In addition to the few remaining areas, office buildings have been allocated. The planning and construction was futuristic and sustainable down to the smallest detail. The idea for this came from entrepreneur Thomas Rockenshap, who is also the idea generator for Consento Entrepreneurs Association. This packages organizational and economic synergies and connects people in the region. More areas of association with different interest groups such as sports and regional supply as well as art and culture are under development.
Offers for body, mind and spirit
In addition to office space, Consento Vision Park also provides facilities for body, mind, and spirit. The store “Gxund” invites you to shop for high-quality organic products from February 17 and the restaurant – “Gxunderia” – spoils guests from the beginning of March (registration of four people at 07236/9305170 or [email protected] is possible ). There is also a gym with squash, table tennis, air hockey, benches, puzzle table, darts and a range of therapy and beauty services. “Our vision does not end with an engineered perfect office or gigabit fiber optic connection. We offer an all-inclusive concept based on the perfect work-life balance and involving families,” says Rockenschaub.
