A technology that is as effective as it is reasonable and takes its users with it, new service strategies are indispensable for achieving sustainable progress in the German hospital scene. On September 28 and 29, the 5th Hospital Technology Exhibition and Trade Conference will highlight the technologies and services that hospitals offer.
The technology should be geared towards the shortage of skilled workers and the deterioration of the professionalism of staff in clinics and should be climate neutral. Shocking energy prices and the fear of gas supply bottlenecks give innovative technologies added importance to securing the future of healthcare companies. For a long time, medical advances were the focus in hospitals, but now it is important to raise the technical infrastructure behind it to the latest technology in a very meaningful way. As a study by the German Hospital Association acknowledges, there is definitely a need to catch up here. The majority of hospitals do not have a sustainability strategy, and many hospitals generally lack clear concepts for long-term (technical) development. At the end of September, Gelsenkirchen Science Park will once again be a center for sustainable technical progress, best practices and shared advice on everything related to technology.
