Jack Hanna, TV animal advocate and talk show staple, battles Alzheimer’s — Deadline

His family revealed, in an interview with his hometown media, that Jack Hanna, who has hosted several TV shows about animals and was a regular presence on late-night talk shows, suffers from Alzheimer’s disease.

In conversation with Columbus Dispatch, Hanna’s family spoke for the first time about his condition, and this prompted an increase in support. Hannah now lives in Montana with her family.
