Ivaylo Slavov moves to the advisory board: Digitall makes David Laux CEO

David Laux, co-founder of Digitall and member of the advisory board, took over the technology and consulting company on April 1, 2023. Laux succeeds Ivaylo Slavov, who is also a co-founder of the company. He has held the position since June 2021. Slavov is now limited to his duties on the advisory board, of which he remains a member.

The aim is to “promote further strategic expansion into the core markets of Western Europe, Central and Eastern Europe, and North America.” Prior to founding ec4u Expert Consulting AG, a predecessor company of Digitall, in 2000 and managing it until 2021, Laux held various management positions at Siebel Systems and Nova Data AG (Entry AG). As of 2021, Laux is part of the advisory board and leadership of Digitall.

“It is a great honor and responsibility for me to be appointed CEO of the Digitall Group,” said Laux. “In this new role, I will focus on growing the company’s business, expanding our positions in core markets while ensuring operational excellence.”
