The above materials were leaked by a hardware leaker.mr.yuuki_ans. (currentlywipe upIn this document, Arrow Lake is referred to as “15th Generation” and the platform is based on “MTL-S DDR5” (Meteor Lake Desktop CPU (Meteor Lake-S)).

Intel will discontinue the Core i brand in 2023 with the 14th generation Raptor Lake Refresh. Also, Meteor Lake desktop CPUs have been canceled. However, the fact that it is labeled as “15th generation” or “MTL-S DDR5” indicates that this material is either very old, or is still called that internally. Please note that if this document is very old, the specifications may have changed by now.

According to this document,Arrow Lake desktop CPUs are said to have a maximum core count of 8+16 (8P-Core 16E-Core) and a TDP of 125W.The number of cores and TDP are the same as the Raptor Lake Refresh's Core i9-14900K. but,The number of topics may vary.

The document states:

• 8 IA cores / 8 threads (disabled in BIOS), 16 Atom cores

The latter “16 Atom Cores” probably refers to E-Core. “8 IA Cores/8 Threads (Disabled in BIOS)” seems to refer to P-Core,It says 8 topics.This indicates that P-Core Hyper-threading is disabled in the 8C8T, not the 8C16T. (Since it says “Disabled in BIOS”, it may be disabled by default and may be enabled from BIOS.)

In October 2024, Moore's Law Is Dead YouTube channel leaked that “Arrow Lake will not contain branching leads”. The above documents support the Dead Moore's Law leak.

If this is true, the Core i9-14900K would have been 8C16T(8P) + 16C16T(16E) = 24C32T,The volume of Arrow Lake may be up to 8C8T(8P) + 16C16T(16E) = 24C24T.

The focus is on memory speed. The Raptor Lake update was up to DDR5-5600, howeverArrow Lake seems to be able to optimize up to DDR5-6400.
