Indiana Jones and Short Round Reunite: Harrison Ford and Ke Huy Quan pictured together at D23

Harrison Ford and Ke Huy Quan captured what is certainly one of the most intimate photos from D23 and beyond in the form of a photo that sees “The Indiana Jones and Short Round reunion after 38 years.”

Quan, who will appear in Loki Season 2 as the owner of some kind of futuristic store, shared his photo with Ford, who was at D23 for Indiana Jones 5, which is simply awesome. For those unfamiliar, Quan Short Round was introduced in 1984 in Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom and was one of the film’s most memorable characters.

“I love you, Indy,” Cowan wrote. “Indiana Jones and Short Round Reunion After 38 Years.”

While it doesn’t look like Quan will be a part of Indiana Jones 5, the Everything Everywhere All At One star has previously said he “absolutely” wants to do another Indiana Jones movie. Unfortunately, he may have to do one without Ford because he once again said that this would be the last time he would wear the iconic hat and whip.
