It’s been ten years since the last Harry Potter movie came out in theaters. Ten years and the magical world of a young wizard still charms young and old alike! It must be said that the universe that J.K. Rowling imagined is incredibly rich. Moreover, fans are also plenty to never get tired of (re)discovering again and again through the eight feature films of the saga.
The enthusiasm about the franchise is that a game show was organized in her honor: “Harry Potter: Hogwarts House Tournament”! The first trailer has been revealed and it promises plenty of vibe.
The show is due on TBS and Cartoon Network on November 28.
Magical tournament!
“Harry Potter: Hogwarts House Tournament” is presented as an A Four-part game show Where four teams compete against each other, each representing the four houses of Hogwarts: Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw and Slytherin. In the trailer, we can see that each team has three members who wear a knit sweater in the colors of their home.
It’s a real competition that will pit different Hogwarts teams/houses against each other, with a nice trophy for the winners! Every match will see an epic showdown between two teams, right up to the Grand Final. The broadcast dates for the four parts are as follows: November 28, then December 5, 12 and 19, one episode per week. What do you do on Sunday?
special guests
Actress Helen Mirren will present “Harry Potter: Hogwarts Home Star”. The trailer also reveals the arrival of several special guests, such as Tom Felton who played Draco Malfoy, Harry’s archenemy, during the eight films.
In terms of prizes, the winning house will obviously win a beautiful cup, like the Four Houses Cup! Winners will also win a unique trip through the many Harry Potter parks and sites. In addition, there are many other awards on the topic of the famous franchise.
Other than that, it is also possible to participate in the game show from home: go directly to WizardingWorld.com where you will find online quizzes to test your knowledge of the world of magic while having fun like never before!
