“GeForce 537.58 Driver” compatible with “Forza Motorsport” etc. released

On October 10, 2023 US time, NVIDIA released the latest official version of its graphics driver “GeForce 537.58 driver‘ issued. This version, which has passed WHQL (Windows Hardware Quality Laboratories, WHQL), is a driver compatible with new versions that will be released in October-November.

Forza Motorsport

The new titles supported by GeForce 537.58 Driver are the latest edition of the traditional racing game series “Forza Motorsport” and the reboot version of the RPG “Lords of the Fallen”. Lords of the Fallen appears to be compatible with DLSS 3 framerate generation. NVIDIA claims that when using framerate generation with the GeForce RTX 40 series, the average frame rate will increase by 2.9x at 4K resolution, and 2.2x at 2560x resolution 1440 points, 2.1 times Full HD resolution.

It is said that a frame rate of up to 2.9 times can be achieved at 4K resolution.

The GeForce 537.58 driver also claims open beta support for “Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III.” The multiplayer open beta, which began on October 10, supports DLSS 2 and NVIDIA’s internal lag reduction technology, Reflex. As with the previous Call of Duty series, the GeForce series allows you to enjoy low-latency games.
Additionally, profiles compatible with the Microsoft Store and Xbox Game Pass versions of Lies of P have been added.

●Issues resolved with GeForce 537.58 driver

  • Issue where GPU monitoring software may report incorrect idle power consumption on GeForce RTX 4060.
  • An issue where DPC latency (latency in Windows kernel deferred driver calls) can increase when a display is connected at 10bpc or 12bpc using the “Flex Rate Link” of HDMI 2.1.

● Known bugs in GeForce 537.58 driver

  • On Maxwell generation GPUs, the rendering performance of “Halo Infinite” may degrade significantly.
  • An issue in the version 530 driver may cause a random black screen to appear when using some display products in Display Stream Compression (DSC) mode.
