Berlin Whether it is accounting for travel expenses, an order or cost control: software from SAP is complex. However, a new generation of artificial intelligence (AI) can greatly simplify the process. In several projects, the Dax Group is exploring the capabilities of systems such as ChatGPT for its products – for example through voice input.
“We’re working on some exciting use cases for large language paradigms,” Feiyu Xu, who leads AI development at SAP, told Handelsblatt. There is still a lot of work to be done, as a supplier of business software, SAP must “deliver quality products” – mistakes, such as those made by technology, must be avoided. However, within a few months, this could be used in the first products.
