AT&S Management is proposing to pay a dividend of 0.90 per share for the fiscal year 2021/22

Disclosure of Inside Information in accordance with Section 17 MAR

Leoben today, subject to Supervisory Board approval, the AT&S Board of Directors decided to pay a dividend of 0.78 per share (previous year: 0.39 per share) for fiscal year 2021/22 at its 28th Annual General Meeting on July 7, 2022, to propose a special dividend of 0.12 per share due to positive business development.

Annual results for fiscal year 2021/22 will be published on May 17, 2022 and the annual report on June 9, 2022.
