Gaming wants to once again participate in the campaign to renovate the lower Austrian village with the survey communities of Altenreith, Brettl, Gaming, Kienberg, Mitterau and Polzberg. As in the last active phase, projects that improve life in the community will be implemented over the next four years.
The short concept has already been drawn up with the community board of directors, the Village Renewal Association and operations facilitator Christina Fox (NÖ.Regional) for inclusion in the state campaign.
The first ideas that could be implemented with residents were collected over the next four years. The first ideas here were, for example, a children’s playground in Kienberg or an observation point in Kirchstein. First of all, the municipality would like to use a citizen survey to collect the wishes and ideas of the residents. Since Monday, the questionnaire can be filled out online on the community’s website or in paper form distributed to families. The results of this survey will be presented at a kickoff event on August 24 at 6:30 p.m. at the House of Encounters in Gaming.
Mayor Rinat Rakowitz and Hansper Beyer: “Public participation is an important factor in the development of the municipality and we are very pleased with the outcome of this survey.”
