The BAAINBw is the Bundeswehr’s procurement office and thus the authority that every businessman who wants to outfit German soldiers – be it with tanks or stockings – must bypass. Or by drones. However, in Seibel’s experience, there is no primary way for startups to gain access to the power found in Koblenz.
