How to become a Salto and Wortal Maestro?
“Salto Wortale” comes in large DIN A4 format as a block with a total of 50 different puzzles that can be played either alone or with up to 4 people. Each of the puzzles has a different theme and is printed four times. Each puzzle goes over five rounds. Make up a word row or round puzzle. Below this word are five different directories for the words you are looking for. Empty fields are used as an indicator of the number of characters required. The clues are designed quite differently, especially in the difficulty level. Inverse words are searched for (red/tor) or words that can be found in reverse. They are marked, for example, with the letter “R” in the note. Foreign words or different first names are also very common, so the correct terms must be searched for in the keyword.
All people go search for a word at the same time. The person who finds all five words first calls out “Salto Wortale” and finishes the first round. This person is a bonus for this round. finally patched. Thus begins the second round. It is evaluated after five rounds. Each person gets 1 point for each correct solution. If the Round Maestro’s full row is correct, he scores an additional five points. Whoever has the most points wins, of course.
If you’d rather search for words on your own, you can do well. Just set the timer for 5 minutes and find as many words as possible in all 5 lines. Performance can be categorized by number of points.
