This is based on the ancient Chinese philosophy that harmony is created through the union of yin and yang. The majestic golden dragon seems to hold the slowly rotating moon in its claws, displaying the moon's waxing and waning cycles in the sky. This vibrant color evokes traditional Chinese ornamental patterns depicting dragons playing with pearls, symbolizing peace and longevity. This auspicious shape dates back over 2,000 years to the Han Dynasty, and was born from observations of the planetary movements in ancient China, where the pearl represents the moon.
