Appsflyer integrates Amazon's data cleaning room – ADZINE

In a data clean room, two or more parties can compare their first-party data on an impartial basis and legally use it for advertising campaigns without having to share the information directly with each other. Appsflyer, founded in 2011, operates a “data collaboration platform” that uses clean data room technology and so-called Privacy Enhanced Technologies (PETs) for marketing purposes. Measurement, collaboration, analytics, and optimization tools are available to customers.

The AWS Clean Room integration aims to simplify the use of data from commercial media networks, social platforms, or from publishers who have chosen Amazon's solution to share their data. The term commercial media networks typically includes retailers or e-commerce platforms that implement advertising on their websites. Social platforms in turn play a role within this integrated solution as data providers and advertisers.

In the future, advertisers or brands will be able to bring their first-party data into the Appsflyer platform and compare it to the data of these networks or publishers using the new integration.
