Until now, repair services have been limited to authorized repair services and repair companies with certified technicians, but through Apple’s self-service repair shop, repair manuals, parts, and genuine Apple tools are provided.
The new additions are the iPhone 14 series, the 13-inch MacBook Air with the M2 chip, and the MacBook Pro with the M2 Pro/M2 Max chip. In addition, the TrueDepth camera and speakers installed in the iPhone 12 and iPhone 13 series, and self-repair service for desktop Macs with the M1 chip are available not only in the United States, but also in Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Poland, Spain and Sweden. , will be available in the United Kingdom.
Every repair part of every product is designed and extensively tested to ensure quality, safety and reliability. Each part is priced the same as what’s available from Apple authorized repair providers, and you can get credit for returning the replaced part for recycling.
In the past three years, Apple has announced that it has nearly doubled the number of service locations with access to genuine Apple parts, tools, and training, including more than 4,500 independent repair shops. A global network of more than 5,000 Apple Authorized Service Providers supports more than 100,000 active technicians.
