First, this driver is a minor update to the 23.30.01.02 preview driver that supports FSR 3 AMD Fluid Motion Frames (AFMF). Please use it only if you want to try AFMF.

AMD Software: Adrenalin 23.30.01.03 released November 9 includes the following updates:

• Improve driver stability when switching tasks
• AMD Software: Fixed an issue where Adrenalin Edition would intermittently crash or fail to display metrics.

AMD Driver: Adrenalin Edition 23.30.01.03 November 9 driver fixes the following flaws:

• The AFMF in Starfield is not smooth and the image quality is poor.
• When AFMF is enabled, some metrics such as frame time may display inaccurate values
• An issue where installation of this driver fails in some environments.
• In some environments, a blue screen (BSoD) error may occur while installing this driver.
• Issue where performance metrics overlay was not displayed intermittently.
• Error as AFMF may not be available if FRTC is enabled.

Known defects

AMD Driver: Adrenalin Edition 23.30.01.03 The driver released on November 9 has the following known flaws:

• Driver crashes when changing game resolution or switching windows using ALT+TAB with AFMF enabled
  • 23.30.01.03 The November 9 driver includes improvements to improve stability
• Enabling FSR 3 AFMF and switching windows on some displays with a frequency of 144 Hz or higher may cause the display to appear strange for a short period of time
• When you close the Xbox Game Bar, you may experience a brief stutter.
• Enabling AFMF in a FreeSync monitor environment may result in unstable frame rates
• AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition may crash intermittently causing AFMF to be inactive
