Never miss an important moment with 24-hour continuous recording

24 hour continuous recording^※3Can be used with power adapter connectionRing indoor camera with swing functionIt is compatible with some Ring security camera products such as 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and can store video data for up to 14 days. This feature allows you to record events that happen outside the motion detection area, so you can't miss any important moments in your home or office. 24-hour continuous recording is available with a subscription to the Ring Home Premium plan.

Instant confirmation with video preview notifications

A new notification with video preview feature makes it easier to see what motion detection will look like without using the Ring app. Motion alert notifications with short animated images are sent as push notifications, making it possible to understand the content of the notifications at a single glance.^※4. In addition, features such as two-way voice response and live video are readily available. Notifications with video previews are available by subscribing to a Ring Home Basic, Ring Home Standard, or Ring Home Premium plan.

Easier monitoring with long-term live video and continuous viewing of live video

Until now, it has been possible to watch live footage for up to 10 minutes, and many customers have been satisfied. However, in response to requests to monitor other sites over long periods of time, we have made it possible to watch live video for up to 30 minutes or continuously. This allows you to watch your children playing in the garden while you work from home, or your pet while you are away, for up to 30 minutes or continuously, through live video from the camera. Long-term live video can be used for up to 30 minutes by subscribing to a Ring Home Standard plan. Additionally, customers who are on a Ring Home Premium plan and use a Ring camera that supports 24/7 continuous recording functionality can use the live video live view function to view live video without interruption.

Doorbell Call allows you to answer visitors using your smartphone

Doorbell connection prevents you from missing notifications or missed calls when you press the doorbell button. When a visitor presses the doorbell button, a page similar to an incoming phone call will appear on the screen of the customer's smartphone. You can also talk directly to your visitors via live video by clicking on the answer icon. Doorbell calling is available with a subscription to a Ring Home Standard or Ring Home Premium plan.

Ring Home plan selection and prices

The “Ring Protect Plan” has changed to the “Ring Home Plan,” and through the Ring Home Plan, you can use the Services including these new features. The Ring Home plan provides smart home security that lets you “see,” “know,” “protect,” and support your security and monitoring measures. There are three types of plans:
Ring Home Basic: 350 yen per month
Ring Home Standard: 1,180 yen per month
Ring Home Premium: 2,380 yen per month
If you're using it for business purposes, we recommend the Ring Home Premium plan, which offers 24-hour continuous recording.
