Samsung had a hard time in the third quarter of 2016, after the explosion incidents of the Galaxy Note 7 turned out to be a massive disappointment. The case ended with the recall of the device – and now it will return on July 7, under the name Galaxy Note Fan Edition, with smaller battery.

Now, an intermediary device of the South Korean company arrives at the news because of problems with fire. According to reports on Facebook, a Galaxy J7, model 2016, overheated and caught fire in Pakistan.

Naureen Ahsan said she gave her daughter’s model to her four-year-old nephew to play with the My Talking Tom application. After a while, the boy threw the device on the floor, startled, and a cloud of smoke filled the room, she said. Reported to Value Walk:

“My four-year-old nephew was playing on the Samsung J7, so suddenly it got really hot. He immediately threw the cell phone on the floor. When we examined the device later, the battery was burned, and a cloud of smoke covered more or less the entire room. The children were terrified. It is important to note that at the time of the incident the device was NOT charging but had about 57% of the charge left. Fortunately, my younger brother took care of the situation, and threw the battery out of the house.”

According to Ahsan, neither his nephew nor his daughter was injured by the incident, but both were very frightened, especially the boy. The case happened on Thursday, the 27th, “second day of the Eid” (Muslim celebration that marks the end of Ramadan fasting).

Separately, Samsung has officially launched its new entry model, Galaxy J3 (2017) last May, but in an exclusive version for the AT & T operator in the United States. Since then, we have seen some reports on the international version of the product, and behold the South Korean without any prior notice has added it to its website for the Austrian market, thus making available all of its information.

The device will be sold in the country in three color options, blue, black or gold, which will give users the opportunity to choose which one more meets their personal preferences. Unfortunately, the price to be charged in the country has not yet been published, but rumors point to something close to 220 euros, which if confirmed will be slightly saltier than direct competitors.
