Murolab is currently building a 7.1.4 channel system with the 8320A, which has a 4″ woofer + 3/4″ woofer, and a 7350A subwoofer. In the middle of the video, the calibration is demonstrated. After explaining the key points of how to set up a microphone for measurement, we performed the calibration in a two-channel stereo environment using two 8320A RAW Finish units. Next, we will provide a detailed explanation of the 2.1ch calibration with the addition of a subwoofer (7350A). GLM calibration consists of four stages: Plot/Group/AutoCal/AutoPhase. Each setting item is basically the default setting recommended by Genelec, so there is no problem without changing it, but if you want to make more detailed settings, please refer to the explanation of each item in the video.

In the second half, we will present how to benefit from the measurement results. As Moroso says, “You can think of the measurement results as a starting point and move toward a better environment or state of your choice.''
