Zontes has won over audiences with its proposals in various motorcycle and scooter segments, and it is no different in scooters, with two models of GT scooter that will impress you: the D125 and the M125. These stand out for their full standard equipment and high technology.
The D125, a replica of the 350cc model with the same body design, positions itself as the sportier and more touring variant. On the other hand, the M125 is a GT scooter with sporty touches.
Powerful and efficient engine
Both models are equipped with an engine that stands out for its excellent performance. With liquid cooling, a four-valve cylinder head and the Bosch MSE 8.0 injection system, the engine develops a maximum power of 14.5 hp at 8,250 rpm and a maximum torque of 12.8 Nm at 6,500 rpm.
Latest LED lighting
One of the most notable features of these motorcycles is the full LED lighting system developed by the German specialist company Osram. The headlight has four multi-elliptical headlights with an impressive light intensity of up to 80,000 lumens, resulting in a wider and farther-reaching light beam. The set is completed by L-shaped light strips that serve as DRLs.
Top Equipment
The tinted windshield, which can be adjusted in height within a 170mm range via a servo motor, can be controlled from the left handlebar. The handlebar controls are illuminated for easy identification when riding at night.
In terms of storage capacity, both scooters offer a main compartment under the seat that can accommodate a full-face helmet, as well as two glove compartments in the front shield. The left glove compartment houses an 18W QC3.0 USB fast charging socket.
The M125 also features a specially developed trunk for the travel bag and comfortable handles for the rider.
With these new models, Zontes sets a new standard in the 125cc category, offering GT bikes with the technology and features appropriate for larger displacement motorcycles.
