The fourth episode of Fifth Strike Force The podcast has been uploaded, and there is no mention of Jimmy Fallon’s new controversy.
But there’s a logical reason for that: The episode (and at least one other) was recorded before allegations surfaced last week that he fostered a toxic workplace at NBC. Tonight show.

Staff described Fallon as having “tantrums” and feeling bullied by producers. They also claimed that dressing rooms were being used as “crying rooms” and that they had suicidal thoughts due to the stress of working in the production environment.
The story puts the recently launched podcast — which was created to benefit the out-of-work employees of each host show — in a somewhat unusual position. For episodes that will be recorded after the story breaks, the choices about how to proceed are, at the very least, somewhat awkward.
Fallon previously addressed these accusations during a… Zoom call with him Tonight show employees last week. Fallon, who was joined by series director Chris Miller, reportedly told his staff: “It’s embarrassing, and I feel so bad. Sorry if I embarrassed you and your family and your friends… I feel so bad I can’t even tell you.” He also said he never intended to “Create that kind of atmosphere.” Tonight show. “I want this show to be fun,” he said. “It should be all-inclusive.”
Fallon took over Tonight show From Jay Leno in 2014 after five years as NBC host late time at night. The show has gone through a number of presenters during his tenure, with none serving for longer than about two years.
