Why does Chris train traders on new technology?

Kress now relies on RTKn (Real Time Kinematic Network Force) technology for autonomous mowing, which aims to guarantee precise positioning thanks to the satellite network.

According to Chris, placing a boundary wire is not necessary; Instead, installation is done by walking through the area to be cut at once. Using satellites, the area is digitally mapped and stored by the RTKn mower. Further measures, such as setting up a reference antenna in your own garden, which are usually necessary, are not necessary. The manufacturer's Kress network of reference GNSS receivers continuously provides RTK correction data to each mower via the cellular network. The dead reckoning algorithm ensures accuracy when the satellites' lines of sight are blocked by trees and buildings.

According to Chris, the RTKn robotic lawnmower is suitable for use in private gardens and larger spaces – including golf and football fields or other extensive green spaces. It is also possible to use several mowers in one area at the same time.
